Shipping costs & returns

Within Germany

• from 50 Euro order: Free Shipping
• under 50 Euro order: optional package DHL (5 euros) or large letter (2,60 Euro)

Orders from abroad

• European countries (except Russia): 6 Euro delivery cost (about 50% of the regular shipping costs)
• other foreign countries (with Russia): 16 Euro delivery cost (about 50% of the regular shipping costs)

NOTE: For deliveries to third countries (for example, Switzerland) we do not charge VAT. It can for imports - depending on the country - in addition duties and / or taxes of the respective offices / authorities are demanded. Unfortunately we have no influence on this.

For goods with a value of 50 Euro we will send within Germany exclusively insured with DHL. Orders under 50 Euro value of goods, it is up to the customer, the delivery service (5 euros - DHL package or 2.60 euros - Maxibrief) to choose.

For international orders, we assume 50% of the shipping costs. Shipments abroad exclusively via DHL package EU / DHL Paket world.

Returns

If you use your right to cancel, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
